    Most of our rentals are delivered and collected by Royal Mail. So your collection will be around the same time your postman or postwomen comes for your usual delivery.

    You must ensure someone is available to accept delivery and to make the Equipment available for collection. If you fail to make the Equipment available for collection, we may charge additional fees for missed collections and storage.

  • Yes, you can install apps and software during your rental period. However, please note that all data will be deleted and iCloud accounts removed upon return of the equipment.

  • You must notify us immediately if the Equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment during the Rental Period.

  • No, you must not allow any third party to use the Equipment without our prior written consent. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  • We do not provide technical support for the Apple Vision Pro. If you encounter any issues, please refer to Apple's official documentation or contact Apple Support directly.

  • The device will be delivered clean, but if cleaning is required during your rental period, please follow these guidelines.

    For the cover glass and displays: Use the included Apple Vision Pro Polishing Cloth. You can apply ZEISS cleaning spray to the cloth if needed.

    For the Light Seal Cushion, head bands, and cover: Hand wash with fragrance-free, unscented washing-up liquid and warm water. Air dry completely before use.

    For the Audio Strap: Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth, slightly dampened if necessary.

    Never use isopropyl alcohol, Windex, Clorox, or similar products on any part of the device.

  • While we appreciate if you return the device in a clean condition, we will professionally clean and sanitise all equipment upon return. Please ensure you remove all personal data and accounts before returning the device.

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit.

  • Late returns will incur a late fee of twice the daily rental rate (excluding discounts) for each day or part thereof that the Equipment is late.

  • We do not provide insurance for the Equipment. You may wish obtain your own insurance to cover loss, damage, or theft during the rental period.

  • You are responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment during the Rental Period. If the security deposit is insufficient to cover any damage or loss, you will be liable to pay the balance.
